"Residents of Camrose will soon have the opportunity to change their electricity consumption, one light bulb at a time. Volunteers from Project Porchlight are expected to begin canvassing the city by mid-March, asking residents to "open their doors" to a free compact fluorescent light bulb (CFL)."
