Project Porchlight took part in the Annual Fort Nelson Whatchamacallit craft fair on Saturday, September 6th. About 300 people came out to scan the booths and select which treasures to find a home—and a name—for.

We hauled out the trusty crank and gave everyone who stopped by our booth a lesson in energy-conservation. We also handed out 120 free CFLs. And signed up the local Girl Guides of Canada group to deliver the rest of the Fort Nelson bulbs later this month.

Whatchamacallit? A huge success!
