Project Porchlight Saskatchewan is getting under way with a pair of volunteer training sessions next week.
“It’s easy to get involved and learn exactly how Simple Actions Matter,” says Project Porchlight’s Kelsie Yates. “People in Regina should come out and show the rest of Canada just how spirited and determined Saskatchewanians are to make a difference in their world!”
The training should take about an hour. Kelsie or another Project Porchlight staff member will train the volunteers and hand out Project Porchlight materials, including maps, lists and CFL bulbs. “Our team will arm the volunteers with the necessary knowledge to be successful,” says Kelsie.
